| We can do
this together. When Jesus said "lift up
your eyes" in John 4:35 the disciples
were about to eat lunch. They were
looking at what would satisfy their
hunger and Jesus used this moment to
make a point that His food is to do the
will of God and this will bring lasting
satisfaction. The surest way to
satisfy your life is to look beyond your
needs to meet the needs of others. This
is also the surest way to live a
prosperous and blessed life. 'Seek first
the Kingdom of God' or, as the NLT says,
'make the kingdom of God your primary
concern' and God promises 'all things
shall be added to you'. |

| Missions is
about sharing Jesus with this world,
it's about outreaching into your
community, outreaching into our state,
and then outreaching into other
countries. Our main church focuses at
the moment are our trips to Cambodia and
South Africa next year. In South Africa
we are currently involved in an adopt a
learner program, with Jubilee Life
Skills Centre. |
